Last Day of School

google is monkeying around with accounts ...

Google's really messed this blogging thing up: I'm too lazy to look up the details, but I think blogger.com and blogspot.com merged and then were bought by google. Now, google is deactivating all the original blogger/blogspot accounts. They have a "migration" thing in place to move everyone to google accounts, but they've got something screwed up because people can't log in to their old accounts to do the migration (see here for gory details). I *think* this blog will be safe, but I made a backup just in case. If the migration goes okay I'll post again in a few days. If not, this blog will remain up but obsolete: in that case, go to my home page where I'll post a link to a new blog.

After one of her argumentative evenings, sadly all too common, Daughter called me up to her room a half hour after "lights out" and delivers this note, in a nice envelope. Click for the full image. It's meant to be read in three columns, so "Super" is followed by "thoughtful". My favorite part is "fun in a Bossy Way". Her Mother gets one too, in the same format ....

In Motion

Local indoor play-place, with cool scooters which Son loves. Daughter was off at some event so he got to come here and play by himself for a couple hours.

Still Alive!

Yikes, I haven't posted since November 14! I'm very sorry. We're still here, still bumping along. I'll try to be better about posting ... if not, hit me with an email or comment on a post to remind me :-)
