What's Christmas without a letter to Santa?

It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas!

Trimming the tree ... visit with Santa ... posing with new holiday dress (she's very fond of this one) ... Nutcracker: Daughter is there, fourth from the left (the otherwise terrific little Canon SD800 struggles with low-light situations like this :-)

       

Me Joyful!

I think it actually happened during baking time on another day, but Daughter was in a very good mood and piped up, in her "little girl" voice (and grammer), "Me joyful!"

We're joyful too, to have you and your brother in our lives.

 

Newest Christmas Tradition

This marks the third year of making a Christmas Gingerbread House, so I think it now qualifies as a Tradition. This year Sydney wanted to help with the "main" section, but also wanted one to do by herself.
